RIGHT OF WAY / EASEMENT SURVEY

A FIELD SURVEY ACCOMPANIED BY A PLAT THAT IDENTIFIES AN AREA WHERE AN EASEMENT EXISTS OR IS PROPOSED. IT IS COMMONLY NEEDED FOR SEPTIC FIELDS, SEPTIC LINES, DRIVEWAYS, WELLS AND OTHER UTILITIES

BOUNDARY LINE MARKING

A FIELD SURVEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF VERIFYING BOUNDARY CORNERS AND LINES. WHEN FINISHED, THE BOUNDARY CORNERS ARE FLAGGED AND BOUNDARY LINES ARE MARKED WITH WOODEN STAKES. THIS IS COMMONLY NEEDED FOR FENCE INSTALLATION, SEPTIC FIELD REPAIR, AND HOME ADDITIONS.

ESTATE DIVISIONS

IF YOU NEED TO DIVIDE AN ESTATE BETWEEN HEIRS OR FOR PROBATE, WE CAN PROVIDE A PHYSICAL SURVEY AND SUBSEQUENT DIVISION AS NEEDED.
